The Argaman Institute operates under the auspices of the Herut Center for Israeli Liberty, which is dedicated to fostering intellectual and civic excellence among the people of Israel and in the State of Israel.

Among Herut’s well-known initiatives are the Shibolet Library; the journals Hashiloach and Tzarich Iyun; and educational and intellectual programs in Israel and abroad on topics of political thought, Zionism, economics, law, and strategy. Participants in Herut’s various programs are exposed to the finest political, moral, and economic thought developed within the rich traditions of Western and Jewish culture.
